Drop in replacement. The front post mounts will accommodate aftermarket shock tower braces. This body reuses the rear body mount from the factory body. You *WILL* need to ream out the holes for both front and rear mounting holes, so have a body reamer on hand. I've ordered two of these bodies for both of my Tyhpons, the quality, fit, and finish are perfect! Match with a Pronline wing and some decent tires and it totally transforms the look of the Typhon to more of a traditional buggy.
Body looks great. Unfortunately one of the body mount post broke on the 1st battery.
Body kit is overpriced for what you get. No sticker details like a front grill. Predrilled holes are wrong size and had to be fitted. I wish I could return it after modding it to fit my Typhon Grom. Update 5/14/25: Amain Customer Service is top notch! They refunded my purchase and made sure that this customer will return. I Did! Change the rating to 5 start just for the Top Notch Customer Service!
