What a great kit!! Had everything thing I needed as far as the screw sizes. Great conversion to add durability and looks great on my TRX4!! If you plan on using your TRX4 heavily under the elements I highly recommend you get these to get you past those corrosive elements
enough screws to complete almost 2 kits, good quality but the screws are kinda easy to strip if using a lower quality screwdriver. built my trx4 and a scx10 ii and still have screws left. the case is great quality too, great for a trail repair kit
These are soft, and not very durable at all :( Don't expect to put them anywhere that needs lots of maintenance because they will wear quickly. Also, the coating makes them ignore any pull from your magnetic driver tip making screws drop more often. They work, but I've come to appreciate the stock screws in all their rustiness lol. Stocks are much more durable. They hold up to lots of turning! The fact that they stay on the tip of the driver when finding the hole is also a plus :D I think the traxxas brand screws are worth the extra money for sure.
Reviewers of this TRX-4 stainless steel screw kit agree it includes enough screws for the build and comes with a sturdy case. Opinions differ on durability: two reviewers rate it 5/5 and praise its corrosion resistance and look, while a 3/5 reviewer found the screws soft and prone to wearing quickly, preferring stock Traxxas screws. Reviewers also note the screws can strip with a low-quality driver, and one reports the coating reduces magnetic grip on the driver tip, so screws may drop more often.
