General Screw Installation & Notes: Use either a wax or grease on the threads to help prevent stripping while going into new or hard material. Some screws that are included in the these kits remain phillips heads but are still stainless steel. This has been done for strength, as a result of field testing, on small diameter screws (2mm and 2-56" dia). This may include some chassis screws and differential screws. All other remain socket head. Please refer to your assembly manual for screw locations.

Don’t really recommend this screw kit. It was missing a bunch of button head 5-40 x 1/2 but included 5-40 x 3/8 which weren’t long enough. Also missing a bunch of flathead 8-32 x 3/8 but included 8-32 x 1/4 which also were not long enough. Maybe better quality control when packaging these screw kits. I have to order more screws now.
