RC4WD Scale Aisin/Yota Style Hub (2)
About this part
This is a pack of two RC4WD Scale Aisin/Yota Style Hubs. More scale than ever before, this is the 2nd generation Aisin/Yota hub. These CNC machined and custom painted hubs replace the wheel nut, are extremely scale looking and were designed for 1.9 size wheels.
NOTE: These hubs require a special tool for installation (RC4ZS0197).

The caps fell off the first time I took this out making them completely useless. Buy the SSD hubs instead.
Garbage, fell apart on first run on a simple 100' fusion setting test lost the locking cap decoration. And used on an rc4wd Gelande.
Used on my element enduro. Had to trim some of the axle threads off because these couldnt tighten the wheel down as it was bottoming out on the threads.
Got these through my LHS and they fit great! The center part does unscrew, in which I used loctite on the threads and it’s been holding strong throughout my crawling adventures. Highly recommend these.
3 stars because the purple center and the black ring came off. They're nice enough to where I am buying another complete set to replace it, but I will study, and hopefully add some redundancy with regard to them staying together from now on. With that said, being that most of my crawling is high challenge rock work, I would likely just use regular wheel nuts for severe duty, and use these for casual trail use and static display.
Reviewers are mixed on the RC4WD Scale Aisin/Yota Style Hub (2). Several report decorative caps or center pieces coming loose or falling off, including during first use, with one reporting fracture-level failure on a basic test run. One owner needed to trim axle threads because the hub bottomed out on them. Two reviewers praise the scale look and fit, and one says the center held after applying thread locker. Opinions diverge mainly on durability, with positive comments focused on appearance and fit for casual trail or display use. Only six reviews were available, and one was not marked as a verified purchase.
