I love these tires! They are taller than most others, providing more clearance under the axle. Unfortunately, they also raise the center of gravity. I compensated for the height by running the shocks up so that the chassis sits lower. Not the stickiest compounds, but it's sticky enough to get up some steep climbs and hold well on steep downhill grades. The foams are just about perfect for what I want in a foam. Not to stiff, not too soft. My truck is a bit on the heavy side yet these tires/foams hold their shape perfectly. Then, they flex right when I want them to.
These are big tires! Advise lifting the body first with better shocks. Fits great on Treal rims and looks dope. Good grip and goes thru pretty much anything. Rock creepers/patagonias slightly grippier but so small
Great tires they are so grippy and look amazing! Love these tires so much. I put this on my HBX Devastator and they fit great.
These tires are great for 1/18 and 1/24 crawlers and trail trucks. Right now they are on an SCX24 deadbolt and it pretty much goes anywhere you point it. Super sticky compound that grips awesome.
Reviewers rate these 1.0-inch micro crawler tires highly and generally agree they grip well and fit popular 1/18 and 1/24 scale crawlers such as the SCX24 and HBX Devastator, with one noting a Treal rim fit. Several describe them as taller than most alternatives, which adds axle clearance but raises the centre of gravity; one reviewer lowered the shocks to compensate. Grip is described variously as sticky, very grippy, or sufficient, and one reviewer found the rock creeper and Patagonia tires slightly grippier. Reviewers praise the foam inserts for holding shape under weight while still flexing. One reviewer advises upgrading shocks or lifting the body first. No recurring defects are reported.
