Lots of fun! The 30cm track size fits better in my house and garage than the 50cm set that is used at most hobby shops/racetracks. You can add additional kits to get close to that 50cm width, and the 30cm has some options I haven't seen for the 50cm, like the chicane and long 45 kits. We have had no issues with space running 2-3 MINI-Zs at a time. There are a lot of track layouts you can make with the included pieces, right now i have a oval and street course built without using any extra pieces. I could see using the large radius inside turns or the lane widening kits to speed up the action. This is replacing a 'build your own' track I made, and if given the option to do it again I would have started with this. Its simpler to put down, pack up, and change. The foam walls are much more effective at keeping my cars on the track than my homemade solution. The friction side decimates the standard tires on my MINI-Zs, so I run most races on the smoother side. If you are struggling to find people to race against, there is a virtual 'league' on one of the MINI-Z forums who publish track layouts and lap times monthly for this specific track kit, providing plenty of people to race against.

Awesome investment for indoor racing. I enjoy running on it alone or with my kids. Great during the winter, or any other time of the year. Quality is high and its simple to assemble and disassemble.
Track is great. Easy assembly and good quality. But it not 9 foot wide it’s just under 8 foot. It is 12 foot long. Great for at home racing.
The track is nice, assembles easily and easy instructions. Good quality mats. The only negative thing I could say is the track is not 9 feet wide as advertised it js barely 8 feet wide. But ks every bit of 12 feet long.
