I chose the red one simply because the bodies on my crawlers don’t last that long anyway. The Ascent’s turning radius is smaller than my 1/24 crawlers. It’s a quite capable crawler right out of the box. I do wish redcat would have put beadlock rims on it though.

Out of the box this truck is one of the best. From there it only gets better with a few upgrades. Great starting point for a full on cheater rig.
