About this part

Revolution Design Associated RC10B74.2 Aluminum Chassis Set. This top tier chassis option is an excellent way to upgrade your Team Associated B74.2 buggy. This chassis was designed to improve steering precision and feel helping to give you the edge over your competition. Revolution Design has strategically removed material to key areas on the chassis to provide optimal flexibility ideal for forgiveness in rough terrain along with being responsive on high grip tracks. The directional milling on the chassis retains the standard B74.2 chassis' torsional flex while increasing the longitudinal stiffness. Coming in at only 113g this chassis offers similar weight to the stock components but features improved chassis response along with additional tuning options for changing track conditions. Give your B74.2 the competitive advantage on the track with this aluminum chassis set from Revolution Design.

Features:

  • Increases longitudinal stiffness while maintaining nearly unchanged torsional stiffness
  • Provides more precise steering and predictable handling
  • Carbon front brace and mounting hardware included
  • 7075 T6 Aluminum
  • 2.5mm thickness, milled down to 1.5mm for increased stiffness and lower weight

Includes:

  • (1) 2.5mm chassis plate
  • (1) 2.0mm carbon stiffener

The chassis looks good. Only one thing needs to be noted: this chassis doesn’t work with B74.2 CE or any B74.2 running a decoupled slipper clutch. For decoupled slipper clutch, the CNC pocket is too small, and the center bulkhead cannot completely sit in.
