Servo horn is garbage. Won’t stay tight. Do not buy. Get the AE factory team aluminum horn.
Garbage! It keeps coming loose. Went with associated arm and haven't had an issue yet.
Works great. Everything in perfect alignment. Use a little drop of blue thread lock. No issues at all
Three verified owners reviewed the 25T +4mm aluminum clamping servo horn, and opinions are split. Two reviewers rated it 1/5, both reporting that the horn loosens or will not stay tight on the servo spline, and one of them recommended switching to an AE factory team aluminum horn instead. The third reviewer rated it 5/5, reporting good alignment and no issues after applying a drop of blue thread locker. The recurring concern is clamp retention; the sample is small and the reviews conflict, so the evidence on long-term reliability is limited.
- + Good alignment reported
- + No issues after using thread locker
- − Horn loosens or will not stay tight
- − Clamp retention reported as poor
