Of course you have to use the RPM Rear bumper with these mud flaps. So I order these with the RPM Front & Rear bumpers when I ordered my Slash Ultimate. Install was easy and gives a nice look. Give a cool "Baja" look and might help with keeping dirt/dust from the body. I'd recommend them!
Beautiful, high-quality mudguards. I've already bought about 10 sets for my models.
Sick addition to the Slash. Love to watch these things work as the truck rips up dirt. Must have RPM rear bumper. Had this for multiple bash sessions, still holding up great. RPM products rock. IG: @SensualRC
My very first RPM product and it's very nice quality.
Just got these mud flaps and they work great! Everyone is complaining about how they cover the inside edge of the tire and not the middle. If you have other rpm attachments like the wheelie bar etc. it extends it out. All the rpm number attachments attach to the same two holes so if you have all or most of the attachments they fit perfectly. I really like the look of this upgrade. Another great rpm upgrade.
Reviewers generally praise the look and build quality of these mud flaps, which are designed for use with RPM rear bumpers on the Traxxas Slash. Several describe an easy installation and a durable fit through multiple bash sessions, and some note they add a Baja-style appearance. The main recurring complaint is coverage: a few reviewers say the flaps only cover the inner edge of the tire rather than the middle, making the fit look narrow. One reviewer plans to add spacers to push the flaps outward. Another notes that some events require mud flaps and that the flaps do not fully cover the tire. Several reviews are from verified owners, and the feedback is mixed on fit.
