Stuart Masonon Sanwa/Airtronics PGS-LH II Low Profile Brushless Servo (High Voltage)

After being talked into getting this servo by multiple people, I finally ended up getting one. Initially I was very skeptical that a nearly $200 servo would be worth it, but I was wrong! This is the strongest and most precise touring car servo that I’ve ever owned, and I’ve tested out quite a few. It is extremely torquey and around center it is the fastest servo I’ve ever owned. While it’s transit time may look unimpressive on the spec sheet, it is by no means a slow servo! The precision of this servo is even more impressive because of the fact that it is a brushless servo, which in my experience tend to not center out as well or be as precise as a high end Coreless servo. Compared to any other servo, I find that this one tends to add a touch of steering to the car, although that can be adjusted through the PGS function.

Great Servo is fast and does not lose center. I will buy more of these

Sanwa is Japan's top brand. The smooth movement and the speed of the initial reaction are unthinkable to change to other products.

The programmable servo works exceptionally well everything that I’ve seen on the YouTube about it is definitely true the changes that you’re able to make with it, you can see it and feel it just starting to to learn how to adjust it for what I need well worth the money so good that I bought another one

What reviewers say

All five reviews are positive, rating the servo 5/5. Reviewers praise its strength and torque, precise centering, and fast response around center, with one noting that its transit time is slower on paper but not slow in practice. Several describe the price as high but justified, and one highlights its programmability. Two reviews are brief, and one reviewer is a non-verified owner whose review is detailed. No recurring problems are raised. The reviews do not discuss durability over time or comparisons beyond touring car use.

  • + Strong, torquey performance
  • + Precise centering
  • + Fast response around center
  • + Programmable settings
  • − High price
  • − Transit time slower on spec sheet
