1 out of 5 has failed and the interference is bad. My cars will randomly take off on their own

I got a couple of these to run in my 1/10 scale TLR buggies and they are superb. Cannot fault them at all, haven't had any issues with glitching or response time.

Pretty reliable so far. I run this in an Axial Bomber (outside of the receiver box as well) in a very dusty, silty location near a creek. Then when it's all gross, I rinse it off with a hose and dry it with an air compressor. I'm about as rough with it as you can be on a receiver. Pros: -Basher approved! This thing is waterproof and rock-solid under demanding circumstances. -Big bind button making it easy to use with your fingers (no poking with an allen) -Great Price! Cons: -No telemetry (i don't use it too much for crawling and bashing) -She's THICC! You'll have a hard time fitting this into standard receiver boxes and may need to be creative with placement on smaller, scale applications. NOTE: mine does just fine outside the receiver box. Summary- if you've got the room, this is a fantastic option. The quality is absolutely there.

I planning on getting the M12 transmitter, can this receiver be used with the M12?

What reviewers say

Reviewers generally rate the Sanwa/Airtronics RX-391W receiver highly, with most ratings at 5/5. One verified owner reported a failed unit and bad interference, causing their cars to randomly activate, and this is the only reported failure. Another reviewer described reliable, glitch-free performance in 1/10 scale buggies, and a basher reported durability and water resistance in dusty, wet conditions. Reviewers note the receiver lacks telemetry and is physically bulky, which may complicate fitting into standard or scale receiver boxes. One review was a brief delivery comment, and one unverified question asked about compatibility with the M12 transmitter; no reviewer answered it.
