Scale Reflex Gorilla Mounts is a premium "Stealth" style magnetic body mount kit compatible with a variety of applications. From drift cars, to scalers - these are a great way to give your ride a more realistic look, by eliminating the body clips and body posts that poke through the body.
NOTE: The blue aluminum spacers are used to adjust the height of the rear magnet. Silver spacers shown in photos are not included. The included spacers are compatible with most bodies, but some bodies may require a taller spacer to achieve the fit you want, such as the example shown in photos above. For a product at such a high price point I expected more. There appears to be hardware missing. There were no mounting screws to attach the rear arms to a shock tower. It seems to be missing 2 set screws for the front bullets and it does not include double sided tape for mounting body side magnets. These come with nothing to adjust the rear magnet height, only one spacer for each side and they were not even color matched like in the product photos. I got black spacers with blue arms. Very disappointed as I also ordered MST stealth mounts which included hardware and additional spacers for height adjustment as well as mounting tape for the magnets for considerably less money.
Going off what the other guy said, it’s kinda weird how for $45 it doesn’t come either extra spacers to raise the back. Especially since it did need those spacers. I just used some I had lying around though. It’s also worth noting these don’t fit a team associated DC10 easily. Either order body posts for a MST or get them thinner with a dremel/razor blade. That’s what I did. Since the magnets for the front fit over the posts, but the posts are too thick. I’ve also been having trouble having the rear magents stick to the body. When they’re working though, they’re great. Low profile, and I can easily lift the car with just the body. I don’t usually even have to worry about dropping it
These are worth the money, you will not regret it. These will last your lifetime across several different chassis. Best quality magnet mount out there by far.
