Scale Reflex Gorilla Mounts is a premium "Stealth" style magnetic body mount kit compatible with a variety of applications. From drift cars, to scalers - these are a great way to give your ride a more realistic look, by eliminating the body clips and body posts that poke through the body.
NOTE: The purple aluminum spacers are used to adjust the height of the rear magnet. Silver spacers shown in photos are not included. The included spacers are compatible with most bodies, but some bodies may require a taller spacer to achieve the fit you want, such as the example shown in photos above. Well, all in all they seem to be top shelf. However, if you're installing these on an MST chassis, the front body posts will be too thick to place the front mounts on. You will need to order a different set. I was told Yokomo body posts would work but, they too, were too thick. So, I had to take some 60 grit sandpaper and chuck them up in a drill and spin them in the sandpaper until they were small enough to use the front "bullet" mounts on them properly.
Item was as described. Shipping was on time. Very happy with my purchase. As always happy with Amain.
Very high magnet strength and high quality. If you are using on the DC10 you will also need a set of Yokomo 4mm body posts. Body mount caps/bullets do not fit the stock front posts.
