About this part

To comply with shipping regulations, this 6S 5000mAh LiPo battery is equipped with an interconnect. The interconnect are external series wire leads located near the battery power leads. Plug the red bullet connector into the black bullet connector before charging the battery or using it in your model. The battery is inoperable until the interconnect system is connected.

Came in with a cell pretty far off from the others. Balanced charged it out and it's fine now.

Well, the batteries arrived safely and seem to be in perfect condition. But .... when I tried to charge them with my Spektrum S2100 Smart Charger, they will not charge. After an initial "Initiating Smart Charging" message, the charger then immediately flashes this message: "Abnormal balance port connection." I have a SPMX50006S30C battery bought about a year ago, so I did a test charge with it. It charged fine. No problem. But when I tried to charge two of the three new SPMX50006S30C batteries bought from amain hobbies, I only get the ""Abnormal balance port connection" message. This is disappointing. Can you help? I sent a text message to Spektrum Customer Service about this issue, but they have not yet responded. Can you help? PLEASE! Jim Hargett.
