I got this reciever to use as3x in my one plane, I tried it in a friend's plane and it did help stabilize the plane in windy conditions some which is nice. Except one major problem, I had a few questions on how to set it up and how to update my dx8 g2 controller to be able to accept this reciever. Tried calling and live chatting Horizon/Spektrum, and got nothing back. Found out they have completely shut down communications with the average customer so I'm screwed, and only some hobby shops can sometimes get ahold of them to get any answers on anything. So this will be the last Horizon product I buy.
