Great product and great service from Amain Hobbies. Always a pleasure ordering from you guys!
This thing is awesome so far only had it for a week
Works awesome. Was a little upset with Alain's reward program. I signed up and bought $300 worth of stuff and go back to check it once everything gets here and it says I'm not a member and did t get credit for my purchases. Kind if shady
After ruining a couple batteries when I guess, I inavdertently switch the voltage on my old charger, I decided I needed something failsafe for a guy who's not real careful. The S250 hits the mark for me. I can charge my 3S 1300mah batteries quickly, confidently, and most importantly safely. Granted this is 2x50W charger so if you're using big old honking batteries you will not like the charge times. If you're using small 3S batteries for your crawlers you may cringe a little at the buy in price on Spektrum batteries and chargers but the quality is top notch. You will not be be disappointed when you KNOW your lipo batteries are being maintained at the optimal level for the best performance.
Does what I need for my new slow ultra stick and 3c 2200 g2 batteries
All five verified reviews give the S250 G2 charger a 5/5 rating, and reviewers generally describe it as working well. One reviewer uses it to charge 3S 1300mAh LiPo packs and values its safety and controlled charging after past battery damage. Another uses it for a slow ultra stick and 3S 2200mAh packs. One reviewer notes that charge times are long on large packs because of the 2x50W output, and another finds the price high for small-pack users, though calls the build quality strong. One reviewer complains about a retailer rewards program not crediting a purchase; this concerns customer service rather than the charger itself. Reviews are few and mostly brief, and one owner had the charger only a week.
