I drilled out the center, drilled a couple holes from the sides and used these on a vanquish axle. Worked great and added tons of weight.
I used this on my Element Trailrunner. Works great for 2 out of 3 sets of my rims sets. It fits beautifully and adds weight down low on the rear axle. The only set that was an issue was a aftermarket set of rims and it has some small screws from the rims that were slightly rubbing the Brass rear weights. So if I'm going to use those rims I'm aware to maybe not use the weights or in the future shorten those screws a little. Nice items and worth it! A+
Perfectly machined. Fit great. Another high quality part as can be expected from ssd.
excelente, perfecto lastre, el fabricante podría hacerlos con un mayor peso o posibilidad de adicionar en el mismo mayor peso
Four reviews, all from verified owners, rate these brass rear axle weights 4 to 5 out of 5. Reviewers generally report a good fit and a useful amount of weight low on the rear axle, with one noting they fit well on a Vanquish axle after modification. Build quality is described as precise and high quality. One reviewer found that screws on an aftermarket rim set rubbed against the weights, and suggested shortening the screws or not using the weights with those rims. One reviewer, writing in Spanish, said they would like heavier weight options. Reviews are few and brief, so the overall picture is limited.
- + Good fit
- + Adds weight low on rear axle
- + Precise machining and build quality
- − Screws on some aftermarket rims rub the weights
