RLon SSD RC SCX10 II Aluminum Link Mounts (Black)

My truck is loose now due to sloppy fit between Traxxas rod ends and these link mounts. Considering going back to the Axial OEM plastic link mounts that fit snug with no slop.

They work great on my stock ar44 axles. My only issue was that the shock mount doesn’t retain the m3 bolt unless it’s tightened. I have to back the screw off a few turns so the shock can articulate. I used locktite and it seems to be working.

These worked perfectly with the ar44 aluminum axles

What reviewers say

Reviewers report mixed experiences with these black aluminum link mounts for the SCX10 II. Two verified owners using stock AR44 axles say they work well. One reviewer describes a sloppy fit with Traxxas rod ends, leaving the truck loose, and prefers the Axial OEM plastic mounts. A recurring issue is that the shock mount does not retain the M3 bolt unless tightened, which restricts shock articulation; one owner resolved this by backing the screw off and using thread locker. Sample size is small.
