This is a Tamiya 1/32 JR Blast Arrow MA Chassis Mini 4WD Kit. With front wheels fully enclosed by the cowling, and a delta wing, the body of the machine will bring to mind the full-size prototype sports cars which can be seen in prestigious races across the world.
