About the Clod Buster Monster Truck
Classic Clod Buster Design
The injection-molded polystyrene body recreates the iconic appearance of the original Clod Buster while incorporating a revised front grille for a refreshed look. Updated decals include additional illustrated artwork, and the metal-plated grille, scaled supercharger, and detailed bumper components enhance the truck's authentic monster truck appearance. The revised front end also allows for the installation of optional LED lights (sold separately).
Legendary Twin-Motor Performance
Built on the proven Super Clod Buster platform, this kit features a durable tub-style chassis with permanent four-wheel drive and four-wheel steering for excellent maneuverability on a wide variety of terrain. Front and rear sealed gearboxes utilize differential gears for smooth power delivery, while the included pair of Type 540 motors work together with the Hobbywing electronic speed control to provide dependable power and responsive performance.

Large 155-millimeter semi-pneumatic tires provide excellent traction over dirt, grass, gravel, and other challenging surfaces. I’m just a Maui boy waiting for my tamiya claudbuster
What a blast from the PAST! Had one at 14 and decided to get myself another for my 50th! Build is fun and relatively easy if experienced…. Kit come is meticulously packaged. Couldn’t be happier! I’m just about done with build but I can imagine how fun it will be. The included esc hold a 2s lipo stick battery as well. I upgraded immediately with aluminum anti -rotation brackets and oil shocks before build. Will run it with a 2s 5000 lipo. Just got a basic radio to start. I plan on keeping the included body pristine and chose lexan for bashing. This thing was a beast back then with minimum electrics. It’s gonna be a demon now!

Amain is awesome. They made a time machine and went back to 1987. They brought back the Clod. Why pay $1500 on Ebay when you can get this time warped one much much cheaper.
