About the DN-01SR
Balanced Rear Motor Chassis Design
The DN-01SR utilizes a rear motor, longitudinal battery layout that provides excellent rear traction and predictable handling. Electronics are positioned on either side of the chassis for optimal weight distribution and balance. The flat underside improves skid characteristics, making it ideal for smooth dirt and carpet tracks. This layout delivers stability and confidence through corners and acceleration zones.
Upgraded Suspension And Drivetrain
Equipped with 4-wheel double wishbone suspension and long-span suspension arms, the DN-01SR is built for responsive handling and durability. CVA shock units and an aluminum front suspension mount enhance tuning capability and performance consistency. The fully enclosed gearbox with ball differential and full ball bearings ensures smooth, efficient power transfer. These features work together to provide a reliable and race-ready platform.
Expanded Compatibility And Hop-Up Performance
The addition of hex-hub front wheel attachment increases compatibility with a wider range of wheels and tires. Included hop-up option parts such as universal shafts, aluminum suspension mounts, and a slipper clutch boost performance right out of the box. A dedicated carrying case adds convenience for transport and storage. With these upgrades, the DN-01SR is ready for serious off-road action.

Connector Information
When upgrading to a high current LiPo battery, it is recommended to also upgrade your battery connector. We recommend using an XT60 or T-Style connector for this application. Please check out the video below to learn how to solder on a T-Style connector.
