Realistic Design
This re-release features updated molded side mirrors, wipers, headlights (LED-ready), front grille, bumper guards, and a stealth body mount that eliminates front body mount holes for a cleaner, more scale-accurate look. I haven't opened the box yet, but the box seems very nice. I am very much looking forward to building this model.
Excellent Kit! Vintage guys will be grinning from ear to ear. New guys get some help from an experienced racer as fitting some of the parts is quite technical. Use loctite as shown in the manual. Be careful not to get it all over the place, just a little goes a long way. The body can be a bit challenging to paint properly. Don't rush and most important Have Fun!
absolutely amazing rerelease of the original Ford. It's true to the original with few minor upgrades and just as the original it's absolute a looker on the shelf and more so in the sandy backyard or park. This thing delivers tons or smiles per mini 10 scale miles WHAT A BLAST FROM THE PAST LOVE IT!
As a long time Tamiya builder and collector it is great to see this kit and while I have yet to build it, I know it will be great quality and design as always. I like many had the same body on the Tamiya Blackfoot but never had this kit in its first release. Also, great to see it looks like they have licensing from Ford again for even more authenticity.
I’m very satisfied with amainhobbiies, I consider the discounted price on this Tamiya Ford F150 Ranger kit to be fair and reasonable. The handling and shipping was free and fast. The kit arrived packaged properly and in excellent condition. I would recommend amainhobbies to other R/C enthusiasts!
