I had an issue out of the box. Power to the steering but no power to the rear wheels. For some reason the truck would run perfect and then at times no power to the rear wheels(2 wheel drive model) after 2 battery packs of driving it was pissing me off. I contacted Amain the next day and they sent me out a new Esc free of charge( 80 dollar part) I'm new to the RC car world and couldn't be happier with the guy handling tech support he took the time to explain what he thought the issue was(bad capacitor in the esc) and got me the replacement part within 72 hours and didn't talk to me like a dumbass for not knowing much about RC cars or parts. Nothing more important than customer support when trying out a new hobby and shelling out 500 bucks. I will be more than happy to purchase more cars/trucks and parts from them in the future!! Love companies that stand behind their products. Just as an FYI two of my buddies bought the same truck and had Zero issues. I'm guessing I just had bad luck with a defective part from the factory.
