A robust molded tub chassis forms the core of the Reflex 14B Classic, supporting an aluminum center driveshaft and a fully covered drivetrain layout. Adjustable turnbuckles, caster inserts, and rear hub inserts allow drivers to tailor handling for different surfaces, ensuring confidence across varied off-road environments.
Refined Drivetrain and Suspension Components
Three sealed differentials, front universal driveshafts, and a gold-anodized aluminum steering rack contribute to smooth power delivery and responsive steering. Aluminum-threaded shocks and gold-aluminum wheel hexes enhance damping consistency and durability, promoting stability and improved cornering speed.
Race-Inspired Aesthetics and Final Touches

Complete trash, don’t waste your money on this kit, plastics in this kit were all warped and mis-shaped and too thick, additionally there was parts missing , none of parts would fit right or go together. I called Associated and they said it would be like 6 months to get parts, what a joke! Team Associated is just doing a huge cash grab right now with all these new releases and releases, they’re focused on making money , not quality control or quality
I think this kit is awesome. Yes, the instructions could use some revision, but I was able to get everything assembled correctly and in good working order. I like it, personally.
Certainly not a perfect build. Definitely not the easiest thing to put together that being said it's a really cool car. Need to contact AE for a couple items which they promptly shipped out but other than that it's a need car. Love the way it handles tons of power for a little buggy. Certainly buy again. I'm actually probably going to. Love the gold anodized items.
