The Team Losi Racing 22X-4 Elite 1/10 4WD Buggy Race Kit has the features that made the 22X-4 a ROAR championship winning race machine - and more! About the 22X-4 Elite
Chassis
Every point of this chassis has been designed to be a competitive racing machine. Carbon fiber, aluminum, and durable composite come together to give an extremely light and rigid chassis. Designed to be user-friendly, the 22X-4 ELITE allows the front and rear differentials to both be removed by only removing 4 screws and loosening 2 set screws. Out in less than a minute, and back in just as quickly.
Suspension
Losi continued to make extreme advancements with their suspension design. Additional shock mounting locations, inner camber link locations, smoother Ackermann, and steering gain locations combine to make the 22X-4 ELITE easier and faster to drive. This kit also includes marked titanium turnbuckles to save weight and increase strength. The inner pivots feature multiple adjustment options to dial in this buggy for any track surface.
Drivetrain
Taking the power to the ground is an updated, all metal drivetrain. Large volume Front, Center, and Rear differentials ensure a more consistent feel during longer mains. The included center differential is a great tuning option to fine tune the power going to the front and rear of the car. Strong metal outdrives ensure constant power transfer perfect for stock and mod setups.

Absolutely phenomenal car. I love it so much. Wonderful car to drive, handles brilliantly. This class of car is such a nice size too and the car is so light. It makes it so easy to carry around and it fits into almost any bag or backpack. It's just so convenient. I am coming from mostly 1/8 cars so this is pretty nice to carry around. The upgrades are awesome too. It is a bit expensive but it's worth exactly what you use it for and I think that overall, it is actually a decent value. UPDATE: The car is still absolutely phenomenal. My only issue is how the car lands. It lands rather harshly at times. I am going to switch to the AVID 13mm shocks and see if that helps. The car seems like it can be rough on electronics with the standard shocks.
Such an enjoyable build, this kit is well worth the money.. I paired it with a Hobbywing xerun Xr10 pro g3 and the Hobbywing v10 5.5T g3, ProtekRc brushless HV servo (ptk-575) everything fits beautifully besides a bit of extra body shaping to allow for the steering horn....this car is insanely quick and oozes quality......
The best deal out there on a top quality 4wd buggy!
Good build quality, with the exception of receiving an incorrect CVA axle. If you're considering this for your first race car, I'd look elsewhere. The manual is very detailed, but does not walk you through the assembly steps with the same level of detail as other brands. Check the manual, and if you think you have a good understanding of the assembly steps, then go for it.
I Highly recommend this buggy easy to build drive and predict while driving and when you hit the throttle to take off. Put a 5.5t or 6.0t motor in it with a 78t or 81t spur and it takes off on a dime and leaves change. Losi hit a home run graphite parts light accelerates quick. 5stars to Amain for their help and guidance. The Amain hobbies team is awesome. I highly recommend Amain. I do all my rc shopping with Amain.
