I have multiple of these in 2s, 3s, and 4s. One of them may have a loose connection because I occasionally get an error on my charger for not recognizing a balance connection. When I charge direct and without the extensions that does happen. A quick wiggle always resolves it though. They're a good length for charging, a bit long if using onboard a truck to connect to an external lipo voltage monitor/alarm.
Basic cable, ended up cutting it up to make a balance board extension and the wire appeared of to be great quality
this balance ext. is almost 2 feet long, i made my own lead wires, three of them now i can charge my buggy and truggy at the track with out removing the battery
