i ordered 4 sets, 8 tires total, and all but 2 tires are ok, the rim's are breaking and the tires glue are letting loose and tires are coming off, they are good tires but they need better rim's... id give 5 stars if they lasted longer then a month, if anyone wants to know they are 12mm hex one of the questions i was looking for and took for ever to find
Mark, the wheels may mount on the hubs, but the tires probably wont clear the body. If you want street tires on a budget, I would suggest taking your old tires, and use a dremel or bench grinder to grind off the nubs and make a set of smoothies. These are made specifically for SC trucks: http://www.amainhobbies.com/index.php?cPath=1_26_1252&n=RC-Cars-Trucks-Off-Road-Tires-Wheels-Short-Course-Tires&sort=dmd&filter_mfr=67
can these tires fit on the traxxas slash but i think it will fit because the traxxas rustler has the same tire hub but I just want to make sure it fits before i buy it
bought these wheels for my electrix rc stadium truck great grip on the street alright offroad, fit my truck with traxxas hexs and the wheels bolted right on, the only thing i would say is the traxxas axles are a little bigger so i wrap the axle with a little electrical tape to get a tight fit inside the wheel. does anyone know if i could use the traxxas axle on my truck?
Looks nice on my rustler but the grip sucks on road since I'm always spinning out of control and flipping. my first thought was these be similar to the tire compound used in auto drag tires nope I was wrong. Running a 2s lipo on a castle 14 series and these tires have no grip.
Reviewers give these Anaconda rear tires with All-Star wheels mixed ratings, averaging around 3.7 out of 5. Several praise the tire quality and on-road performance and say the wheels bolt on securely. Recurring problems include wheel rims breaking and tire glue failing so tires come off, with one owner reporting failures within a month. One reviewer found grip poor on road with a 2S setup, and another reported severe wobble on rear tires and noticeable wobble on front tires on a Rustler. Some questions about fitment on other models, such as the Slash and Stadium Truck, appear in reviews but are not answered by the reviewers themselves. One review is unrelated to this product and concerns short course tire fitment for street use.
