Litteraly lasted 2 quarts of fuel on my new jato 3.3. That includes break in which I do only slightly rich and full throttle Bursts right from the first start. The reviews saying they are sticky is a joke. 2 quarts. I waisted them in a week. I put the 2.5r engine on my hato because Traxxas are a bunch of retards and I'm basically done with them. I'm getting rid of all Traxxas but may keep this thing a little longer. Go with TLR folks. Or kyosho nitro. Support companies that are better and need support. Heres some facts. With the 2.5r it's faster on the street. Yes it actually accelerates faster. Still spins tires out. Top speed is nearly identical because the 2.5 has good too rpms. In the dirt it's a win also. Faster and more controllable than 3.3 because it's not waisting 50% of the power. There is a such thing as too much. Throw the 2.5 on and sell that 3.3 or keep as back up for your other traxxas turds. It will be the best thing you did for your jato. Put some dirt tires on. Get rid of the gimmicky sway bars that do literally nothing....raise the ride height....and gear it how you like. You now have something Superior to the 33 year old sport and rustler designs. 3.3 is too much period. And it's not enough on a monster truck. Well done Traxxas. You created a dud. The 3.3 uses the exact same internal as a 2.5 but has way more power under the curve. This makes the 2.5 way more reliable. They didn't even beef it up. Once you taste a good after market engine like a nova rossie or an rtr kyosho engine you will laugh at these Traxxas engines. The small blocks get over worked in the monster trucks and temps will slowly rise. This creates inconsistent tuning. In the summer with body on and riding them hard like they should be a 3.3 doesn't cut it for the revo or tmaxx. Theyjust aren't that good. My kyosho mad crusher runs all day and so steady like a rock. Not to mention real big block torque.
This company has these tires and Traxxas and Tower Hobbies doesn't
these tires are very sticky i mean it. they are on my traxxas jato 3.3 and they help my car turn well and go fast. i recommended them for fast buggys
These anacondas are excellent for the street on 2s or 3s as long as the street is dry
thats because tower hobbies sucks, and these tires are pretty good traction wise, but often like to come off rims or rip in the center. overall great tires though
Reviewers largely praise the Anaconda tires for strong grip and sticky traction, particularly on the Jato 3.3 and on dry street surfaces. Two reviewers report the tires come off the rims or tear in the center under hard use. One low-rated review centres on fuel consumption and a dispute with the brand rather than the tires themselves, and it is partly off-topic. A Portuguese-language review notes the rear wheels fit only with a hex, need the bore opened, and that the chrome finish looks good on a Kyosho DST. Overall sentiment is positive, but the sample is small.
