Never had a problem with these. Use o ring grease and assemble with the usual care for diff assembly and all good.

The large O-Ring gaskets were torn within minutes, and the "X-rings" are not really durable. The differential house itself is so small that once you install I-Beams in there it will not have enough space for the differential fluid to settle in.
