The Traxxas® Mini Slash® and Rally VXL Steel CV Driveshafts are an optional upgrade designed for the Traxxas Mini Slash Brushless 1/16 4WD Short Course Truck or the Mini Rally Ford RS200 4x4 VXL Brushless 1/16 AWD Rally Car platforms. Built for high-power applications, these steel constant velocity (CV) driveshafts provide improved strength and efficient power transfer from the drivetrain to the wheels. The set includes both front and rear driveshafts, making it a comprehensive upgrade for improving drivetrain durability and reliability.
About the Steel CV Driveshafts
Durability & Efficiency
Constructed from durable steel, these CV driveshafts are engineered to handle increased torque while maintaining smooth and consistent power delivery. On the axle side, snap rings secure the drive pins in place to prevent them from backing out during demanding driving conditions. The differential side uses large-bore drive pins that are press-fit for added strength and designed to slot directly into the heavy-duty steel drive cups. This combination of reinforced components helps ensure dependable drivetrain performance when running high-output brushless systems.
