Better buy 3 or more because they break like twigs. Clean break at the hex drive pin hole. Every time. Some breakage is abuse but they seem to fail more than they ought to. When they don't break, they work wonderfully. Rustler 4X4 vxl 3s.

I purchased the traxxas brand cvd axles thinking that keep my traxxas all traxxas was a good idea. Since then I e replaced appropriately 8 of these stubs. I’ve sheared them off at the base of the threads and at the hex pin. I believe the steel is too strong and with small diameter it becomes brittle. I wish there was a thicker or titanium option. Other than outer boots ripping and stubs snapping I have yet to break any other parts! Wish there was a 6mm option or titanium.
