About this part

This is the optional Purple 6.4 rate shock springs for the Traxxas Revo monster truck. Traxxas offers a wide variety of spring rates for the GTR shocks to precisely compensate for lighter or heavier truck configurations and different rocker installations. The springs use high-quality spring steel with durable powder-coated finishes. Spring rate is indicated by colored dots on the end of the spring.

They reduce the bottom slam, but depending if you jump to high that not possible. For my case I don't jumps 2 to 3 meter of high. They do the job well

What reviewers say

All four reviewers are verified owners of the purple GTR 6.4 (2) Revo variant and rate it 5/5. Reviewers report that the springs reduce bottom-out and suspension sag and stop the rear end dragging on the ground, including after converting a Nitro Revo to a larger engine. One reviewer notes the springs are useful for fine tuning. One reviewer cautions that they may not suit high jumps, which they do not perform.
