Got my kit yesterday and unboxed. Pros, very nicely packed, and all parts are there. One of the rotor grips however had a big scratch mark on it. Machining looks incredible. The box is even upgraded. Canopy and tail boom are bright and colorful. Many parts are pre-greased and thread locked. Cons, The kit is definitely not worth $1000 when compared to other brands. Their 21mm main gear is just two 10mm helical gears bolted together. No blades, no printed manual. The canopy is flimsy fiberglass. Skid pipes are 8mm and will bend easily. Overall, a very nice kit and with main and tail blades would be a 5 star.
This New Tron is a great new revision of the tron 7.0 , it is a different animal . they made it lighter and more compact with a stout 15mm main shaft and still has the beefy head. i have the tron advance and feel after assembling this new elite that its a great upgrade to a already great kit. one bonus was the head, tail , and some other parts were loosely assembled which saved me a lot of time. just remove screws and loctite. the online manual was no problem as well. most kits are going this route as all Tron kits. if you have a Tron already you know the quality. This is not a advance with upgrades its a new design and will have a different feel so its nice to have the new layout. Awesome heli
