Car is great, super quick. Runs out of range fast but that's to be expected as I got it to be a drift vehicle and it doesn't need to be that far away. Would recommend highly over the latrax rally
Nice vehicle so far at a fair price. Body looks even better in person. I have ran one battery pack so far
Really enjoy the size. Takes a while to charge the battery with the included charger. Also disappointed in the range, wish it was twice the distance. The speed and control are adequate for running around my parking lot. Came with a broken dog bone but Amain customer service was great and shipped a replacement part no questions asked. Would recommend for a cheap little runner.
I bought this car about 2 weeks ago and it's a lot of fun on smooth surfaces. I'd say wood, level concrete, laminate. those kinds of surface seems to be best for what appears to be friction shocks or shocks that have absolutely no oil. I still need to open them up to see if they even hold oil. The battery life is absolutely awful. I would recommend ditching the JST plug on the ESC and putting something or anything different on it. The rubber tires have a good tread pattern and for rtr tires they aren't bad. the hard plastic/rubber wheels do not like asphalt to slide around on but all other surfaces seem awesome. if your looking for a mini at a budget price you can't really go wrong with this one.
This RC is amazing! The 100% throttle setting has wicked speed. Too much for my liking, the 50% setting is quick enough. I noticed on the concrete the RC pick's up a lot of debris like dust, little stones, etc. Though it is a blast, I don't want to have to keep cleaning it after every use. So it's going to remain my basement rod. I'm looking forward to buying the VW Beetle (UDI1608?).
