Extreme RC Belted Monster Truck Tires
UpGrade RC Tires are the perfect choice for your bashing needs. These Belted Dirt Claw 2.8" tires come pre-mounted to 5-Star wheels and feature a molded 17mm hex. Using the included hex adapters, this tire combination can also be mounted to RC vehicles with 12mm and 14mm hexes. Adding to these tires performance is a belted carcass giving them the ability to handle the rigors of todays high power and high speed vehicles. Made with UpGrade RC's soft compound, these tires are ready to grip into action and keep bashing.

Tread Design
Elevated performance and aggressive looks are the name of the game for these Dirt Claw 2.8" tires. These tires are designed to rip up soft/hard dirt, light sand, light mud, gravel, and anywhere else your off-road adventure takes you. These tires use a deep, open lug design with a "V" pattern every other lug. This Open-Lug design helps keep dirt out of the tread to help ensure maximum traction in soft dirt. Compared to other off-road RC tires, these tires feature lugs molded to the sidewall ensuring maximum grip when cornering. Large sipes in the tire help keep the tire cool while also allowing dirt and water to evacuate around the rubber quickly. While, yes, this is an off-road tire, UpGrade RC has designed it in a way that maintains On-Road characteristics.
Compound & Construction
Made from a durable compound, these tires are extremely soft and allow for good traction through rough terrain. In combination with this soft compound these tires now feature a belted carcass for improved tire stability and consistency under high loads. With the addition of a belted design these tires balloon very little on 2S and 3S. This ensures the tires stay flatter to keep the traction high at speeds. 5-Star Wheels
Upgrade RC designed a tire to elevate RC bashing, but they didn't stop there. The 5-Star Wheels are made from a firm composite that allows for just the right amount of wheel flex for stability and traction. The hex of these wheels is quite special. Out of the package, the wheel will have a 17mm hex and 3 different adapters. These adapters include a 14mm, 12mm wide, and 12mm narrow hex. This ensures that these wheels will fit a wide range of vehicles giving you a wheel and tire combination ready to get out and play!

These arrived and look and feel like great tires, sticky and great tread pattern! The bad news is it would not fit any of the three 17 mm hub fast buggies I own that would need it. Not on the Redcat Valkrie TR, the Arrma Typhon 3S BLX or the Typhon 6S. Offset is insufficient and/or inner diameter of rim is too small to properly surround suspension gear. Potential buyers may as well know that and I know my friends at A Main will appreciate my mentioning this. I read it works on some other Arrma products so, for those, I would highly recommend this well built and designed tire. I do hope it will be more clearly researched and disclosed for everybody's benefit.
These are really nice tires. I added them to my vortek 223s 2wd and they have the weight to do crazy backflips and great traction in the yard and dirt. I 100% will buy these again.
Work well on my Rustler 2wd. Got good grip on different types of terrain. Better than most brands Ive tried. Would recommend these!
Holy cow absolutely amazing on my 4s Arrma Vorteks. Traction everywhere . If you have been looking for the perfect tire for your Vorteks this is it .
