About the Thrust Bearings Grease
High-Load Thrust Protection
XLPower Thrust Bearings Grease is a high-performance formula engineered specifically for thrust bearings in high-load RC helicopter applications, including models like the Tron 5.5 from XL Power. Designed to withstand extreme axial forces and high rotor RPM, it delivers exceptional pressure resistance to prevent metal-to-metal wear, while its strong adhesive properties eliminate sling-off during aggressive flight. With outstanding heat and shear stability, it resists separation, drying, and breakdown during long, high-RPM flights, extending bearing life and ensuring smoother rotation across nitro and electric helicopters of all sizes—though it is not recommended for one-way bearings.
Features:
- Designed specifically for thrust bearings in high-load RC helicopters
- Provides exceptional pressure resistance to prevent metal-to-metal wear
- Strong adhesion prevents sling-off at high RPM
- Excellent heat and shear stability during long flights
- Extends bearing life by reducing friction and improving smooth rotation
- Compatible with nitro and electric helicopters of all sizes
