I've run the on my XV-02. Haven't used them too much yet, but they're great so far. Love the appearance and the price! These are 26mm wide, 3mm offset, 12mm hex. The rubber is nice - medium softness (much softer than the Tamiya XV-02 rally block tires). They come unglued, and there is foam lining inside.
For the price these worked good on my small drift car!
I guess at $13.99 I shouldn’t expect much, but unfortunately these are a total waste of money. No grip whatsoever.
Wow, what a great set of tires and rims. totally worth it, especially at this price point. just know they do come mounted ( but not glued). also it states two different grip options. I did some research and google said (Forward arrows means more grip) ( backwards arrow means less grip) since the packaging did not say this( your welcome) I would recommend them for sure.
These are pretty nice! I'm kinda impressed. Nice and sticky, decent road tires. I'm planning on using them as a practice set since the ones I bought for the actual races are more than 3x the cost, but honestly they feel about the same shore hardness as the 32s I bought, maybe even softer. For the low cost I don't really mind using a little of my own CA to glue em...
Seven verified reviews, mostly 4 to 5 stars, praise the low price and reasonable grip for on-road and light touring or drift use on small cars and crawlers. Reviewers note the tires arrive mounted but not glued, with foam inside, and one describes medium softness comparable to other 32-shore tires. A 1-star review reports almost no grip. One 3-star review reports a wobble that required regluing and says the wheel rims melted when cleaned with acetone, a recurring caution about glue cleanup. Another reviewer says the packaging does not explain the arrow markings for grip levels, which they inferred from online research. Reviews cover different cars and surfaces, so performance comparisons are limited.
