Yeah Racing Stainless Steel Front & Rear Skid Plate for Traxxas TRX-4

Fantastic! Looks great! Seems to be made of steel (another brand I have was supposed to be made of steel and it bends pretty easy!). This really changes the look of the truck, and I think it makes it look more realistic. It looks cool in itself, but it helps hide the unrealistic steering linkage. I am putting this on each one of my TRX4s. The only caveat is that I wish the mounting holes were vertical instead of horizontal so you could move it up or down. But that is a minor quibble, overall, it is fantastic. Edit: I have put this on multiple rigs, and it won't fit a TRX4 with the stock rear bumper. The skid plate mounts aren't long enough. Not a big deal. I would imagine most people won't put one of these in the back, but still I thought I would make note of that. Also, I had ordered a cheap Amazon version, and the hot racing version is far far better. Higher quality materials, better machining, looks better, and it is actually made from steel that looks like it won't bend. Again, hands-down a great addition to your TRX4! One more thing, I did put it in the back on one of my rigs (I have a front bumper mount in the rear) and there is the off chance that it might catch on obstacles. Seems unlikely, but I guess it could. Again, just making note.

This skid plate is super awesome. It’s all metal and fits great, the skid plate doesn’t stick out far and really protects some of the components.
