This is an optional Yokomo Front Sway Bar Set. This front YZ-2 from sway bar set helps prevent the front from rolling to improve performance and steering response. This is especially effective in very high grip situations.

Running on Astroturf this makes a HUGE difference. Before my car was super on edge all the time; twitchy and wanting to traction roll at a moments notice. Even running the smallest (1.0MM) sway bar made the car much more stable. It did introduce a slight push; but I believe going to a softer front spring will compensate for this. Overall the car is much easier to drive. My only complaint as silly as it is; they use the same small Philips screws they used in the a arms to hold the sway bar in place. I know it works, but Philips screws just make the car feel cheaper.
