I've been looking for alternate tires to the hoons and Proline Proxes for my road converted traxxas rally. These are the tire. The difference in grip from the gold Hoons is incredible and the wear is stellar. I put 4 packs through them on the rally today, swapped them to my infraction for another 2 packs and they are barely worn. Both the Dboots and the prolines last about 2 packs before they are smoked. They have enough grip I have to completely change the braking on the rally because it will cause the rear end to lift. If you are looking for something that offers more control and less sliding with better life than anything else I've come across these are the tires.
Amazing tires but don’t buy the xm7 slick tires expecting to be able to drift them once they get warm they get sticky as shit, put them on my infraction 6s and you can do small drifts but once they’re warm it’s like driving on glue. Not sure if a treaded tire would work better for my application or not also after they got warm 2 out of 4 came unglued while I was trying to drift
