Package includes two tires and two foam inserts.

These are a quality tire except for one major problem, I got the super soft dirt version and they are more like a medium compound, way harder than other brands and not good for tracks in my area that need a true super soft.

These tires are worth the money for practice on hard clay with sections of loose dirt.
