The JConcepts Relapse 1/8th Buggy Tires with Foam Inserts are a tire that have been optimized for indoor and outdoor tracks. This Relapse tire is the result of the research and development JConcepts put into the Detox and Rehab tires and features more forward bite. This tire is available in multiple compounds to best match your driving conditions.
The design revolves around the center structure which has medium to small-sized, dense lugs arranged in a stacked and horizontal configuration. The lugs have strategically placed cuts and grooves to allow flex in the dust to perform when the track is in a deteriorating condition. The outer portion of the tread fits together like building blocks, with shapes placed together that nest well but also work together to flex laterally to provide a steadfast side bite. The tread tapers off cleanly to the outer sidewall giving a smooth transition during hard cornering.

Knobs ripping off after one run. Then after the second run alot more knobs ripped off. I have been having this problem with this tire and other Jconcepts tires lately also. I never had this problem with the the other big name brand tires at the same track so I will be going back to running those brands.
1 out of 4 tires had missing nubs right out of the package. More nubs came off after light rubbing with my hand. I think this is a quality control issue at JConcepts rather than a design flaw. 3 out of 4 were fine. Bought 4 for my truggy, and they are fine after a few laps. Seems like a bad mold on the production line. Took a gamble and bought another 2 to replace the return. Great tire aside from QC issue. Kudos to amain customer service for no hassle return!!
