About this part

Pro-Line BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 1.9" Rock Crawler Tires were developed in cooperation with BFGoodrich. Pro-Line was given early access to the design of the just announced full-size BFG Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 tire and recreated it for the Scale Crawling community in 1.9” size! The Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 (Key feature: Mud traction 3rd Generation) is BFGoodrich's Off-Road Maximum Traction tire with aggressive tread lugs that bite into loose or muddy surfaces and climb over slippery rocks. Based on the BFGoodrich Krawler T/A KX symmetric tread design, the Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 features deep, self-cleaning independent tread blocks and linear transverse flex zones to provide the grip that you need to get over the toughest obstacles. Pro-Line’s re-creation of the Mud-Terrain KM3 comes in at 4.75" tall x 1.77" wide for the perfect balance of Scale looks and performance!

Tomon Pro-Line BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 1.9" Rock Crawler Tires (G8)

These, in predator compound and CI deuces wild XL, are hands down the best tires I've tried. Only thing is they might look unrealistically big. But they're fantastic. I can't see how a tire cou possibly be better.

Bought these tires as this is what I use on my 1/1 Jeep. I am used to running the Krawlers and these perform just as good if not better. It seems like the more concentrated tread pattern allows the tire to have a bit more rigidity vs the Krawler. Very grippy on rocks, they look fantastic and give a scale appearance. Will buy another set when these wear out.

Super grippy and soft with really nice foam inserts. Much more substantial looking than the original equipment tires on my vanquish kit.

Have 3 solid crawling/trail trips on these tires and have been very impressed with the looks and the performance on not only loose substrate, but rock as well. Have some slight wearing on outer edge of tire but that is to be expected from aggressive rock crawling, will be buying another set as soon as these are done.

What reviewers say

All five reviewers rate these 1.9" Pro-Line KM3 rock crawler tires highly. Reviewers praise grip on rock and loose ground, a scale-like appearance, and soft, well-fitted foam inserts. One reviewer notes a more concentrated tread pattern gives extra rigidity compared with a Krawler tire. Reviews mention the Predator and G8 variants. One reviewer says the tires may look unrealistically large, and another notes some wear on the outer edge after a few trips, which they consider expected for aggressive rock crawling. Several reviewers say they plan to buy again.

  • + Excellent grip on rock
  • + Good performance on loose ground
  • + Scale-like appearance
  • + Soft with foam inserts
  • − May look unrealistically large
  • − Some outer-edge wear after a few trips
