Light weight, true spinning, thin. Took off two stars because on my 1/12 car (with RW spur), this pinion was so noisy on track that I kept tearing into the car thinking something was broke or failing. When I replaced the pinion (With a CRC pinion the shop sold), the new pinion was slightly larger on the outside diameter, requiring a motor reposition, and the new pinion was instantly quiet. Pan cars are usually quiet due to their simplicity. This pinion will technically work for my needs, but it's not worth the hassle of chasing down the whistling cricket sound this pinion made.
