Just tried installing the 6.0mm hex on my B7 and the drive pin slot is not deep enough to sit against the bearing. No good. Luckily, they work on the front axles so, in the toolbox they go for my next build.

They seem to be high quality and the offset is exactly what I was looking for on my drift car. BUT, the pins from my Yokomo MD2.0 do not fit. I thought about returning but I dont think return shipping is going to be worth it... Ill just stick in the in the junk bag for future RC cars...

What reviewers say

Three reviews cover different hex variants (6.0mm, 4.0mm and 5.5mm). The 4.0mm reviewer praised the fit compared with stock parts and extra tuning options. The 5.5mm reviewer described good build quality and suitable offset for drifting, but found the pins incompatible with their Yokomo MD2.0. The 6.0mm reviewer reported the drive pin slot was too shallow to seat against the bearing on a B7, though they found the part usable on front axles. Fit compatibility is the main recurring issue across variants, and the sample is small.

  • + Fits better than stock parts
  • + Good build quality
  • + Useful tuning options
  • + Suitable offset for drift
  • − Drive pin slot too shallow on 6.0mm variant
